The Fear Of Being Seen And Unseen

The fear of "being seen" is a fear of "not being seen" in that act of being seen.
The fear of "not being seen" is then mirrored as a fear of being seen.

So we hide from the idea of being seen, we hide away our deeper souls in cages.
Hiding ourselves, quieting and silencing our expression and our gifts, distancing ourselves from relational intamcy and calling it "peace".

Our nervous system can indeed actually experience a sense of peace in this approach because we do not have to feel the chaos that internally arises with the idea of showing up or feeling exposed.
This can be the trickster within us offering us this form of temporary peace that will eventualy fade away because our souls were not meant to hide away their expression.

The part of ourself that experiences intimate relating and relationship initiates more of us, as a mirroring aspect of self, to then thrive to the refining of who we are here to be and offer unto the world.

But in fear and frustration of not being seen as perfect but instead perhaps messy or unclear, we make ourselves smaller in conversations and in life itself.
Instead we choose to shrink for that hit of a sense of safety and to keep our nervous systems peaceful, but we are blind to remember this is not the full extent of real peace.

Real peace rises in the midst of relinquishing that fear upon ourselfs, as we  provide to ourself that literal sense of saftey in alchemizing the fear of not being seen to a deep rewarded peace of a more profound powerful kind.
Our nervous systems can be gently expanded upon for higher holding capacity of our own nervous chaos if we so choose to move through those thresholds and come out from hiding.

Are there moments where this quiteness plays out as more benificial? Absolutly so!
We are not to denying that it has its  benevolant place.
Are there times too when it is overused as a crutch? Indeed!
Pay attention to the pattern with overusage for safe haven of comfort being masked as peace.

Its an aware refined balance of both ways that we bring our selfs on line wholisticly and expand that peace in its truest sense of being.

Sense of saftey does not always equal true peace. The paradox is, saftey can work the other direction and hold us from knowing our greatest peace too.

Not fearing or hiding from sharing our intamacy even in its unperfectedness brings a powerful profound sense of freedom and peace upon oneself.
Relinquishing all the expectations we burden ourselfs with, of not being seen, not being understood, not being heard and setting ourselves free to refine it all as we go along and just enjoy the power of being intimate with others and the world.

If we want to see it as stillness and it is stillness we are learning in order to know more peace, we can also eventually remember that in entering the chaos of our own demise we may still bring the stillness with us, its not seperate from the chaos it is always available.
We determine the amount of stillness we hold and carry. It is an art of the soul.
As we understand and embody true stillness we begin see this.

What if we came from the perspective that in this relational reality it is actually about sharing our souls expression, our souls authenticity, our souls unique gifts, our souls voice, our souls intimacy with others regardless of who see's or not see's it.

If we were true to that alone and didn't make it about being seen/not seen !!

What if we came from the perspective that it is about bare-ing our deeper raw soul, to the world without attachment to "the seen" factor.
To Soul Shine regardless, to Soul Shine as we are called to.
To be deeply intimate and share our expression with good intent and no worries of its unrefined origins being exposed.

The paradox being, we work on refinement of the expression only by actually expressing the unrefined and holding our light on it to shine anyways as it does so.
As so a diamond in the rough beneath its layers and t, the flaws are simply part of its wholeness of where its rawness born.

Funny thing about this to is we have to cois still of brilliance mpletely let go of attachment to  to any expectation of being seen and still be able to feel the innate power in our souls emanation, our souls gifts, our souls voice regardless.
We feel it, we know it, we hear and see its expression and we revere it and honor it enough to share it....as we truely know where it comes from and as.
Why should we deny its innate nature?
Not to be of our concern whom sees or not sees, understands or not understands, but only to intimate by its own innate nature upon itselr.

"Soul Shine as we were created to, as we are intended to."

Be seen, even if to be unseen..

Simply hold and Know there is a space as conciousness itself where it IS seen and inteqral to the Whole to share "to and as" that whole.

It is not just about smal indivualized self.....it is about the whole bigger Self.....and this Self exist in everyone as a one self intimate and relational upon itself in infinite ways.
